I have a number of great avoidance strategies that I use to put things off and procrastinate, they are:
- play internet computer games, go and backgammon
- watch TV
- go out and have coffee
Doing any of these things stops me from tackling the issues that I want to tackle.
In addition I have a number of avoidance thoughts and feelings, they are:
- I'm too tired
- I'm too confronted
- I can't handle this emotionally
- I have done enough today already
I am determined to confront these avoidance strategies and just get on top of everything
